All our phones come with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. All spare parts also have the same 2 year warranty from date of purchase.

Total Protection Plan
As an option all of our telephones can come with our total protection plan. This plan means lower running costs, an extended working life for the telephones, upgrades in technology as they become available and it guarantees the phones reliability.

The Total Protection Plan was created for customers who have phones installed in areas where there is a concern for safety, and the phones are first point of contact in an emergency. It can is also beneficial in situations where the client does not have access to technical staff in their own establishment. These units can be purchased or leased from the manufacturer.
